If you've read this blog for any length of time, you know this Kansas girl loves Florida. Especially a little stretch of county road in the panhandle of Florida called 30A. This spot of earth has inspired my Kansas home's design and the art I've recently done, so.....I thought I'd share some gorgeous beach art I've discovered from the area of Florida I love so much.
The first two photos are art pieces that are hanging in the Panama City airport. They are stunning in person, but they photograph well too.
The next piece was for sale in a little grouping of vendors along 30A near Grayton Beach.
And these next two photos are mine, without enhancement. This is the actual color of the sand and water! It is called "The Emerald Coast".
This is a winter shot....still stunningly beautiful.
I wanted to share where I find the my sense of peace and connectedness to everything in creation. Some people find it in the mountains or the forest, I find it here and I pass this peace on to you.
Thanks for the visit. Till next time....
I like all of the art work, the middle one with the couple in particular, it looks like such a perfect day. However, your shots are stunning, I just love the one with the wooden steps. I can well believe you find peace and contentedness there.
ReplyDeleteJust lovely Robin! It's easy to see why you're drawn to this area of Florida.
ReplyDeleteMaybe when you retire your dream to live there will come true?!
Amazing, so pretty. That is definitely talent. Thanks for linking to Inspire Me. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteI know the area well, we have a second home in Orange Beach Al, not too far from there and as often as I get to go, it's never enough! We don't want to move there when we retire because the children and grands live near us in Birmingham. So many great restaurants on 30A! The beaches in Alabama and Florida panhandle are so beautiful, we are lucky that they are somewhat of a secret! Shhhhhh!

I'm a city girl - born and bred - but OH how the ocean calls my name - these are just gorgeous - but really my favorites are the 2 you took yourself!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing - your newest follower from Montreal!
Big hugs,
Suzan
Just gorgeous, Robin! I've been to the Emerald Coast...bluest water and whitest sand anywhere! I love the vendor's painting, but they all give me that "relaxed" feel!

They are all so beautiful! I live in Florida...in North Central FL but I love to visit the coast! I would rather be walking on the beach than anything else! Hugs!
