I wasn't sure I wanted to get out my Valentine decorations this year, but then I made the mistake of looking at all the heart candy boxes I've collected over the years and my heart (excuse the pun) melted and I knew I had to get them out and enjoy them again. It also helped that when I told a friend I didn't think I would get them out this year, she said, "Oh, I love those hearts and have started to collect them myself because I love yours so much." I have very sweet friends.
So, here are a few of my many hearts (I didn't end up putting every one of them out, but enough). Think of all the chocolate I HAD to eat to earn these beauties--oh, the efforts we go through.....(just kidding).
These are all Godiva hearts--my favorite chocolates and I wish I'd started recording the year I got them sooner--it's fun to see how old they are and when they came to me. Enough hearts for now, but I will show more, yes there are more, another time.
Thanks for reading and sorry I've been slower to post lately. Just the winter slowdown I guess--that and a whole lot of life getting in the way. Robin
