TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 5-12

Welcome back!  Hope your season is the most calm one you have ever experienced and that you have had moments of pure Christmas to enjoy.  Thank you for taking the time to stop by.  If we could visit in person, I'd offer you a cup of wassail and time to sit and chat.

On the seventh day of Christmas...

A cross-stitch I made when my children were little that reads...
"May this season
bring you joyful hours,
pleasant memories, and
peace"

Ruth's Christmas House 2010

I was browsing through my Christmas pictures of 2010 and discovered that I had photographed my friend Ruth's house.  It was such a wonderful surprise--like opening a present--so I asked if I could share her Christmas 2010 home and she graciously said yes.  Now, I must also tell you, she has the most wonderful blog too, so do stop by White Whimsy and be prepared to stay for a while.  She is a lover of all things white and her house reveals some treasure that I've never noticed (and I do notice quite a bit) each time I visit.  Enjoy the tour.

Sometimes words are just inadequate and one just needs to drink with their eyes to enjoy the moment--that's Ruth's home.  Stop by--she'll welcome you in.  Bet you can't wait to see what she has done for 2011.  I got a sneak peek yesterday....WOW!
